01 - Shipping

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days, subject to availability.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order size.

We currently ship within the United Kingdom and to a limited number of international destinations.
International delivery times vary by location and are provided as an estimate only.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details. Responsibility transfers once the parcel leaves our facility. International orders may be subject to customs checks, local regulations, or additional charges. These are the responsibility of the recipient.

02 - Returns

If your order is not quite right, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Due to the nature of food products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items.
Unopened, sealed items may be eligible for return at our discretion.

03 - Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order separately. Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed promptly.

04 - Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photographs of the issue.

Where the issue is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
